Efficiency and Performance Improvement
We have in depth knowledge and experience of packaging line design. This can be applied to either new or existing packaging lines. Our project team can help improve the efficiency and performance of existing poor performing or badly laid out existing lines. The process starts with an indepth analysis of the line on site, followed up by detailed evaluation of the results. From this we can develop an improved layout design or identify areas on the line that need attention. We can offer and implement our own solutions to back up our analysis.
